Attending the conference were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors. The conference was held in person and online to a number of districts.

Provincial Party Secretary Ha Thi Nga chaired the conference.

The conference discussed and gave opinions on adjusting the State budget capital plan to implement the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; adjusting the Central budget development investment capital plan to implement the National Target Program on new rural construction in 2024; adjusting the Medium-term Public Investment Plan for local budget capital for the period 2021-2025 and the Local Budget Public Investment Plan in 2024; and adjusting and supplementing the State budget public investment plan in 2024.

The conference also focused on discussing the investment policy for the project of building a road from the center of Tuyen Quang city to My Lam mineral spring tourist area, My Lam ward, Tuyen Quang city.

Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Ha Thi Nga requested agencies to continue reviewing the adjustment of plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations; promote responsibility and strictly control all stages from planning, approval to implementation, ensuring that projects bring practical benefits and promote the effectiveness of projects.

Particularly for the investment policy of the project to invest in building a road from the center of Tuyen Quang city to My Lam mineral spring tourist area, it is necessary to prepare favorable conditions, especially in site clearance work, so that when approved by the Provincial People's Council, the project can be quickly implemented, contributing to promoting the tourism economy of Tuyen Quang province.

The Provincial Party Secretary especially emphasized the spirit of thrift and anti-waste when implementing projects, in order to ensure efficiency and rational use of state resources. The implementation of projects needs to focus on minimizing unnecessary costs, optimizing investment capital and strengthening supervision to avoid loss and waste. Along with that, it is necessary to raise the responsibility of leaders in performing tasks, so that projects effectively contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of the province and improving people's lives.
