The workshop aims to study more deeply President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on the role of people in each field, the criteria for evaluating good citizens and good cadres in building and developing the country at every revolutionary stage according to his thoughts. At the same time, apply President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts to all fields of work, especially schools in the education and training system, to build goals, methods and training programs for each level and field of study in order to have training products that meet the requirements of the revolutionary cause and national development in the new period.

The workshop is an important basis for socio-political organizations and schools, based on the rich opinions of scientists and from the vivid practices presented in the presentations and articles for the workshop, to have better plans in building training plans, fostering the workforce in agencies and units; in building appropriate training programs, contents and methods to have a team of "red, specialized" workers according to the wishes of President Ho Chi Minh, meeting the requirements of serving the country in the coming time.
