More than 3,600 cadres and teachers of 4 wards Long Bien, Bo De, Viet Hung, Phuc Loi received political training in the summer of 2025.

HNP - On July 29, at the Viet Hung Ward Party Committee Hall, the 2025 Summer Political Training Class for management staff and teachers of schools in the 4 wards of Long Bien, Bo De, Viet Hung, and Phuc Loi officially opened.

The training course was organized in a combination of in-person and online formats with the participation of more than 3,600 cadres and teachers from 123 connection points at schools.

Attending the opening ceremony of the training course were representatives of the Party Committee, People's Committee, Party Building Committee, Department of Culture - Society of the wards: Long Bien, Bo De, Phuc Loi; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Viet Hung Ward Le Duc Toan; Director of the Long Bien Regional Political Center Nguyen Thi Tuyet; along with representatives of schools in the area and all students.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, comrade Le Duc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Viet Hung Ward emphasized: The 2025 summer political training course is an annual activity of great significance, aiming to promptly update new information on the domestic and international political - economic - social situation; at the same time, helping to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and resolutions, and the State's legal policies to cadres, party members and teachers in the area.

According to comrade Le Duc Toan, 2025 is the first year that the entire political system of the country implements the two-level local government model, with many major adjustments in organizational structure, management methods and decentralization of authority. Long Bien District is currently rearranged into 4 wards: Long Bien, Bo De, Viet Hung, Phuc Loi. Along with streamlining the apparatus and increasing administrative efficiency, the team of cadres, party members and teachers are facing the urgent need to innovate thinking, improve capacity, quickly access technology and management practices in the digital transformation era.

Especially in the field of education and training, the transfer of the status quo from the district to the wards poses many new requirements on the organization of the apparatus, school management methods, staff organization, decentralization and responsibility of educational institutions, requiring teachers and managers to proactively adapt. "The application of AI, ChatGPT or digital technologies in education is an inevitable trend, requiring teachers to constantly study, master technology, and gradually innovate teaching methods in a modern and effective direction," said comrade Le Duc Toan.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, comrade Le Duc Toan also requested each student to promote a sense of responsibility, focus on research, actively exchange with lecturers, fully acquire knowledge to effectively serve professional work, and at the same time complete the assignment well according to instructions.

At the session, Dr. Le Thi Hoa, Head of the Department of State and Law Theory, Academy of Public Administration and Management, presented many important topics such as: Strengthening political theory awareness for teachers and staff; innovating the content of ethics and lifestyle education; methods of building a healthy and effective educational environment; applying Ho Chi Minh's thought in current education and management work.

Dr. Le Thi Hoa especially emphasized the role of education as the top national policy, playing a key role in the country's development, and affirmed: "A teacher is not only a person who imparts knowledge, but also a person who sows the seeds of revolutionary ideals, contributing to the formation of citizens with ethics, capacity, and responsibility to society."

Dr. Le Thi Hoa also introduced notable new points in the current system of policies and laws on education, especially the 2025 Law on Teachers and decrees and circulars regulating decentralization and decentralization in education management between two levels of local government.
