These are the restoration projects of Quang Hoi communal house, Hien Luong communal house, Binh Tan communal house, Dong Nhon communal house, Truong Thanh communal house, Danh Thanh communal house, and Phuoc Tuy communal house.

Most of these relics are seriously degraded, the mascots on the roof are damaged; the communal house roof is cracked, the roof tiles are rotten, the wooden structures are termite-infested, rotten, and collapsed; the brick floors are blistered and sunken.

From this reality, it is necessary to restore to preserve the inherent value of the relic and preserve and promote the value of the relic, contributing to the economic , cultural and social development of the locality.

If approved by the People's Council, the expected time to restore the above relics is from 2024-2025.

Accordingly, the units involved in the restoration, preservation and rehabilitation of items kept in the above-mentioned relics.

Regarding the work of preserving, repairing and restoring relics, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Monuments Conservation Center partially supported the budget from the donation revenue at the Ponagar Tower relic and the entrance fee revenue to restore and embellish the degraded ranked relics and scenic spots.

According to the Department of Culture and Sports of Khanh Hoa province, the restoration and embellishment of relics still faces many difficulties because the ranked relics are widely distributed throughout the province.

Regarding the budget for relic restoration, currently Nha Trang City has a plan to invest in relic restoration, while other localities do not have budget support.

By the end of 2023, Khanh Hoa province will have 16 national relics, 180 provincial relics and 34 relics that have been inventoried (not yet ranked).
