Leaders of Nam Giang district visited and congratulated Ngoc Lac district (Thanh Hoa) on the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the district Party Committee.

At the meeting, Mr. Pham Tien Dung - Secretary of Ngoc Lac District Party Committee informed that up to now, the locality has 20/20 communes reaching the new rural destination; the district strives to reach the new rural destination by 2025 and will also be the first mountainous district of Thanh Hoa province to reach the new rural destination.

In the economic field, the district has maintained its growth rate; up to now, there are 2 more leather shoe and toy factories in operation, attracting more than 2,000 workers, with salaries ranging from 7 to 10 million VND/month.

Mr. La Lim Hau - Standing Deputy Secretary of Nam Giang District Party Committee sent congratulations on the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Ngoc Lac District Party Committee; congratulated the achievements of Ngoc Lac District Party Committee, government and people in recent times; and hoped that the two districts would continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, especially sharing experiences in building new rural areas.

On this occasion, Nam Giang district presented the bas-relief of the Monument of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers to the Party Committee, government and people of Ngoc Lac district.
