Kinhtedothi- On the afternoon of February 17, the Party Executive Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee held its first conference. Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference.
Attending the meeting were members of the Party Executive Committee; members of the Party Inspection Committee; Secretaries or Deputy Secretaries of the Party Cells and grassroots Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee. Also attending were members of the Party Standing Committee, members of the Party Executive Committee, cadres and experts of the agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies.
Delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on draft documents under their authority, including: Working regulations of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, term I, 2020 - 2025; Resolution on assigning tasks to members of the Party Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, term I, 2020 - 2025;
Work program of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in 2025; Inspection and supervision program of the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in 2025;
Working regulations of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2020-2025 term; Working program of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in 2025; Regulations on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; Plan to establish specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and arranging cadres, civil servants, and employees; requesting opinions from the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to propose the appointment of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 1st term, 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee agencies unanimously issued documents to promptly meet the requirements of the Party Committee's operations and organizational stability. Requesting the Party Committee members to continue to contribute their opinions directly or send their opinions in writing to the drafts.
On that basis, the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee receive, fully synthesize, and at the same time research, edit, and complete the drafts to submit to competent authorities for promulgation.
Party cells and Party committees in all Party agencies of the province should soon stabilize their organization and operations, focus on directing the good implementation of political tasks, in which attention should be paid to the preparation and organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term to ensure progress and plan.
In addition, the Party Committee members of the provincial Party agencies continue to promote their sense of responsibility and work experience to contribute to the Party Committee's activities in the coming time, so that the Party Committee can well perform its leadership and direction functions for its subordinate Party organizations, ensuring the completion of political tasks, organizational and personnel work; building a clean and strong Party organization, associated with building strong agencies, units, sectors and socio-political organizations.
Previously, on February 7, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee held a meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to elect the position of Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 16th term, 2020 - 2025.
At the Conference, comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee with high confidence, reaching 100%.
