Magnolia flowers usually come in two varieties: white with a hint of purple-pink and completely purple-pink, sold for between 500,000 VND and 5 million VND per tree depending on size.

Along with peach and apricot blossoms, this year, Mr. Tran Quang Minh (residing in Nam Dinh province) imported 70 azalea trees to Vinh City to sell for Tet. “I brought the goods to Vinh on the 18th of the 12th lunar month. Since then, I have sold more than 30 azalea trees. Azaleas are sold at prices ranging from 600,000 VND to several million VND per tree depending on the size,” said Mr. Minh.
