Long An donates 13.5 billion VND to support flood victims in the North

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long An province said that the unit has allocated 13.5 billion VND from the Relief Fund to support people in 22 northern provinces and cities affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi).

This amount will be transferred to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and distributed directly to the provinces and cities of Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Phu Tho, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Hoa Binh, Thai Binh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Lai Chau, Son La, Dien Bien, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Nam Dinh, and Ha Giang.

In addition, Long An province will also organize a launching ceremony to join hands to contribute to support people to overcome difficulties, through calling on organizations, individuals, businesses, philanthropists, cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people in the province.
