On March 19, the groundbreaking ceremony of Dong Nai Cold Chain Logistics Center of LOTTE Global Logistics welcomed the participation of Mr. Vo Tan Duc - Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Kang Byung-goo - General Director of LOTTE Global Logistics, Mr. Ahn Byung-gil - Chairman of Korea Maritime Promotion Agency (KOBC), Mr. Bang Sung-bin - Chairman of Busan Bank, along with many leaders and representatives of Vietnamese and Korean departments and agencies.
LOTTE Global Logistics officially started construction of the Cold Chain Logistics Center in Nhon Trach Industrial Park (Dong Nai Province) with an area of up to 5.5 hectares.
Built on an area of over 5.5 hectares, with a total usable area of over 2.6 hectares, LOTTE Global Logistics' Dong Nai Cold Chain Logistics Center includes a cold chain warehouse and a regular warehouse. Previously, this project broke ground in February 2025 and is expected to be put into operation from May 2026.
Located in Dong Nai province - an area bordering Ho Chi Minh City, near Vietnam's major seaports and airports, the Center has a strategic location, helping to optimize domestic transportation activities, as well as international import and export. At the same time, taking advantage of logistics management experience from companies belonging to LOTTE Group, LOTTE Global Logistics' Cold Chain Logistics Center is expected to become a key logistics center in the southern region of Vietnam.

Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, commented: "The Dong Nai Cold Chain Logistics Center Project is one of the pioneering FDI projects in Dong Nai's industrial parks in the field of logistics services. The project is completely consistent with the province's investment attraction policy when Dong Nai is becoming a major hub for transportation, ports, and logistics in the Southern key economic region.
I acknowledge and highly appreciate the efforts of the Investor in the determination to implement and put the project into operation. I believe that the construction and operation of the project by LOTTE Global Logistics will contribute to creating jobs, increasing income for workers and contributing to the socio-economic development of Dong Nai province in particular and Vietnam in general."
With its existing advantages, Dong Nai Cold Chain Logistics Center provides a complete One-Stop logistics service, including import and export, storage and transportation. The center is equipped with a modern cold storage system, capable of storing and distributing a variety of goods, from fresh food to high-value products.
In addition, the Center is also a pioneer in providing logistics support to Korean small and medium-sized enterprises operating in Vietnam. In May 2024, LOTTE Global Logistics signed a Cooperation Agreement to Enhance Global Logistics Competitiveness with the Korea Maritime Promotion Agency (KOBC), to support Korean enterprises in import and export activities in Vietnam. In addition, the Center also cooperates with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), acting as a "Logistics Support Center", helping Korean enterprises solve logistics difficulties and providing specialized consulting services suitable to the actual conditions in each locality.
LOTTE Global Logistics will continue to expand its logistics sector in Vietnam to provide its comprehensive and quality services nationwide.
