On the evening of June 21, a music show gathering famous Kpop (Korean youth music) stars such as CL, DPR IAN, TEMPEST, triplesS and especially the "Kpop king" G-Dragon attracted tens of thousands of spectators at My Dinh Stadium.

The Korean male artist performed passionately and professionally, amidst the enthusiastic cheers of the audience. The leader of Big Bang made the stage explode with the "hot" songs Power, Home Sweet Home , Too Bad, Crayon and finally Crooked.

The moment the “King of Kpop” sang and performed in the pouring rain was captured by the crew backstage. The photo was posted on Instagram and within minutes, the image spread across many other platforms.

G-Dragon's "shower" moment during his performance was also mentioned by media outlets in their news feeds. The Korean singer shared this memorable moment on his personal Instagram after the show.

On his personal page, G-Dragon's close bodyguard also reposted the Korean star's "legendary rain shower" moment with the caption: "A big thank you to the 40,000 spectators who stayed until the end, despite the harsh weather conditions.

Sincere thanks to all parties involved, the entire operating team, staff and organizers, security team for their hard work. Finally, thank you to the artists for their wonderful performance.”

At the end of the show, the Korean star quickly said goodbye to the Vietnamese audience and promised to return in the near future.

G-Dragon (real name Kwon Ji Yong) is considered an icon of the music and fashion industry in Korea. He started his career in 2006 as a key member of the boy band Big Bang, then developed his own career.

In a poll on "Best Kpop Idol of the Decade" conducted by KingChoice website (Korea) in March 2020, G-Dragon topped the list.

The star born in 1988 is honored by the media and fans with the nickname "Kpop king" due to his success and great influence in the fields of music and fashion .
