According to tourists, these jet skis come and go to pick up passengers without following any procedures or regulations. This makes many people feel insecure and afraid that accidents can happen at any time.

Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Trinh Tien Dung, Chairman of Sam Son Ward People's Committee, confirmed that he had received information about the incident. According to Mr. Dung, the above mentioned jet skis were operating "illegally" and were not licensed.

He said that when he went to inspect and discovered a group of people operating jet skis illegally on the beach, he directed the authorities to take action. At the same time, the authorities also propagated so that tourists would not participate in the activities of this group.

However, because local forces did not have specialized vehicles to capture them, while the subjects launched jet skis from other localities and then moved to Sam Son to operate, handling them encountered many difficulties.

To ensure the safety of tourists, local authorities have directed functional forces to coordinate with the Police and Border Guards to organize an ambush and arrest related subjects.
