This content was emphasized by the Department of Education and Training of Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City in the directive document on the implementation of the funding source for the Parents' Representative Board (CMHS) in accordance with Circular No. 55 of the Ministry of Education and Training .

Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Cu Chi district requested principals of schools in the area to strictly implement the contents related to the organization and operation of the Parents' Representative Board in accordance with the spirit of Circular No. 55.

In particular, the school does not mobilize, does not allow homeroom teachers to mobilize, collect, or propose the Parents' Representative Board to set aside funds from the Representative Board to pay for school activities.

Regarding the operating costs of the Parents' Representative Board, the Cu Chi Department of Education and Training notes that it is necessary to comply with the provisions of Article 10 of Circular No. 55.

The contents of this regulation mentioned as the operating budget of the class Parents' Representative Board are obtained from the voluntary support of parents and other legal funding sources for the class Parents' Representative Board.

The operating budget of the school's Parents' Representative Board is taken from the operating budget of the class Parents' Representative Boards according to the recommendations of the plenary meeting of the class Parents' Representative Board Heads at the beginning of the school year and other legal funding sources for the school's Parents' Representative Board.

The operating budget of the Parents' Association is not used to pay for the following items:

Protect school facilities; ensure school security; look after students' vehicles; clean classrooms; clean school;

Rewarding school administrators, teachers and staff; purchasing machinery, equipment and teaching aids for schools, classrooms or for school administrators, teachers and staff;

Support the management of teaching and educational activities; repair, upgrade and build new school facilities...
