On the morning of November 8, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to train and foster professional skills of Party Committee offices to serve Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.

Officials working in the clerical and archival work of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders and specialists working in the editing, synthesis, clerical and archival work of the offices of the District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee attended the training.

Delegates were instructed on professional skills in building the Party Committee's work program, serving the Party Committee's conference; systematizing Party documents, compiling Party documents, information serving the Party Committee; building and appraising projects to submit to the Party Committee's conference; the Party Committee's office with the work of inspecting the implementation of Party resolutions and directives...

Delegates were also reminded about protecting state secrets in document and archive work and instructions on recording minutes of important conferences.
