On the afternoon of August 1, Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Hadiphar) held a ceremony to celebrate its 65th anniversary (August 3, 1960 - August 3, 2025).
Attending the ceremony were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Ha Van Hung; former provincial leaders; and leaders of a number of departments and branches.
Delivering a speech at the ceremony, Mr. Le Quoc Khanh - General Director of Hadiphar said: Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, formerly Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical State Enterprise, was established on August 3, 1960. In 1965, Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Enterprise was established.
During the merger of Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces (1975–1991), two pharmaceutical units were merged into Nghe Tinh Pharmaceutical Union Enterprise. From 1991 to 2000, after the separation of the province, the enterprise was named Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Union Enterprise, then changed its name to Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical - Medical Equipment Company (Hatipharco), operating under the state-owned enterprise model.
In 2005, implementing the policy of the Party and the State, the company switched to a joint stock model with the name Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. Immediately after that, Hadiphar invested in building a factory meeting international GMP-WHO standards, a laboratory meeting GLP, a warehouse meeting GSP, a distribution system meeting GDP, GPP...
In 2010, the company invested in the project “Hatipharco Pharmaceutical Industrial Park” at Bac Cam Xuyen Industrial Park with an area of 30,000 m2 . By 2013, the GMP-WHO oriental medicine factory, along with the extraction area and GSP warehouse were completed, marking a new step of development.
In 2018, the company continued to invest in building a Research and Development Center, a pilot production workshop and a Technical Operations Center with modern machinery systems, creating a new step forward in scientific and technical research, improving product quality.
Currently, the company has a wide market network with 16 branches, representative offices, and hundreds of agents nationwide. In addition, Hadiphar's products have also been exported to countries such as Laos and Cambodia. Annual revenue growth rate is 15-20%/year; in 2024, it will reach 450 billion VND.
With its achievements and positive contributions, Hadiphar has been awarded many noble prizes such as: First, Second and Third Class Labor Medals; Emulation Flag of the Prime Minister; Emulation Flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Vietnamese Medicine Star Enterprise; Vietnamese Golden Star Enterprise.
Aiming to become a top pharmaceutical enterprise in Vietnam by 2030, in the coming time, Hadiphar will continue to invest in infrastructure, modern production lines, build factories that meet European EU-GMP standards; conduct scientific research, launch products with high treatment value, products originating from locally grown medicinal herbs; apply comprehensive digital transformation in production, management and distribution; expand the market, develop the distribution system...
Speaking at the celebration, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts, achievements and contributions of Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company in the 65-year development journey.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that in the coming time, Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company will continue to promote its tradition, maintain its local business spirit, pioneer, and accompany the cause of community health care of the entire province's health sector. Promote the spirit of innovation and creativity, build a development strategy in line with the trends of the domestic and international pharmaceutical industry.
Research and concretize the contents of Resolution 68 of the Politburo on private economic development in accordance with the practical situation of the unit. Improve governance, management and operation capacity; expand scale, promote research, application of science and technology, digital transformation in stages of the production process. Focus on pharmaceutical products derived from medicinal herbs, combining traditional medicine and modern medicine. Focus on building high-quality human resources. Continue to expand the distribution network, diversify the market, improve competitiveness, domestic and foreign linkages; invest systematically in e-commerce, digital transformation in management to elevate the Hadiphar brand to become more and more prestigious and stronger on the map of the Vietnamese pharmaceutical industry.
Strengthen cooperation with hospitals, universities, and research institutes to connect knowledge, combine training, foster, and spread product value, towards sustainable development. Continue to affirm its role and responsibility in social security, community health care, contributing to the overall development of the province.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that the province will always accompany, support and create favorable conditions for Hadiphar to continue to develop, innovate and integrate more successfully in the coming time.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation awarded the flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company for its outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in 2024. On this occasion, Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company also donated 100 million VND to the Provincial Fund for the Poor.
