"Russia is deeply concerned about the fact that a year after the Nord Stream attack, we still do not have any concrete information about the investigations, let alone any leads from them."

Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Vasily Nebenzya shared this on Russian News Agency TASS on November 8.

According to Vasily Nebenzya, perhaps the widespread media reports on this issue were staged to deliberately distract the attention of the global community from the investigation process.

The Russian Permanent Representative to the UN stressed: "The more the West remains silent about the investigation into the Nord Stream sabotage, the more it reveals its intention to buy time in order to make the international community forget about the incident. However, the Russian Federation will not let that happen."

According to this Russian special envoy, Moscow assured that the UN Security Council will continue to address this issue, promoting an appropriate international investigation.

Also on November 8, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that so far, Western countries have not informed Moscow of any conclusions from the investigation.

Mr Lavrov said that the authorities in Western countries are doing everything possible "to hide all information about this issue".
