Many investors choose Binh Thuan as a green industrial destination

On March 12, leaders of Binh Thuan province worked with Sonadezi Corporation and Vietnam Rubber Industry Group regarding industrial investment.

Currently in Binh Thuan province, Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company is implementing a project to invest in construction and infrastructure business of Tan Duc Industrial Park, Ham Tan district with an area of 300 hectares. The total investment of the project is about 1,200 billion VND, expected to inaugurate phase 1 in April 2025.

In addition to the above project, at the meeting, representatives of Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company wished to continue long-term cooperation with the province through expanding the project scale (phase 2) to an additional 1,000 hectares.

According to the company representative, the unit will simultaneously focus on investing in four groups of fields including: industrial and civil real estate; construction and construction materials; support services and water supply.

The above investor committed to promoting the construction of an industrial - service ecosystem, developing value chains, and accompanying the province in implementing green and sustainable growth goals.

Similarly, according to a representative of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, the unit wishes to cooperate and invest long-term in Binh Thuan.

The above group plans to implement an industrial park infrastructure project in the southern region of Binh Thuan province (Duc Linh and Tanh Linh districts) with a modern - green - ecological circular model, associated with digital transformation and high technology application.

At the meeting, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Binh Thuan province welcomed businesses that have shown interest and chosen this locality as a destination.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh - Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, the locality always focuses on promoting investment attraction. In particular, the industry, trade and service sectors are one of the important solutions contributing to bringing Binh Thuan's economic growth rate to double digits in 2025.

Mr. Anh also directed local functional agencies to support and create favorable conditions for businesses to implement investment projects according to regulations, contributing to the implementation of the motto "enterprise development is an important driving force to promote growth and socio-economic development".
