According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the current flood situation shows that floods on Cau River (Bac Ninh Province), Thuong River (Bac Giang Province), and Thai Binh River (Hai Duong City) are rising.
Floods on the Thao River in Yen Bai and Phu Tho are receding. Floods on the Lo River in Tuyen Quang and Vu Quang are receding.
Floods on the Hoang Long River (Ninh Binh Province) are changing slowly. Floods on the Luc Nam River ( Bac Giang Province) are changing slowly.
Water level details at 9:00 a.m. September 12, on rivers as follows:
On Thao River in Yen Bai 31.27m, below alarm level 3 by 0.27m; in Phu Tho 16.98m, below alarm level 1 by 52cm;
On Cau River at Dap Cau, the flood is rising again; on Thuong River at Phu Lang Thuong, it is rising; on Luc Nam River at Luc Nam, it is standing at 6.33m, 0.03m above alarm level 3;
On the Lo River in Tuyen Quang, the water level is falling at 24.53m, 0.53m below alert level 2; on the Hoang Long River in Ben De, the water level is rising at 4.71m, 0.71m above alert level 3; on the Thai Binh River in Pha Lai, the water level is rising at 6.19m, 0.19m above alert level 3;
The flood on the Red River in Hanoi is at 11.18m, trending down, currently 0.32m below alert level 3.
