Compared to the provinces in the Northern midland and mountainous region, except for Bac Giang and Dien Bien which were assigned double-digit targets, Tuyen Quang was assigned a higher growth target than Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen - localities closer to Hanoi and have railway traffic; higher than Lang Son which has both a highway and railway connecting to Hanoi and a border gate.
It is enough to see that the province's determination is very high, the task is not easy.
According to the direction of the Government , ministers, heads of agencies, and Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and cities must grasp the situation, synchronously and effectively implement the assigned tasks and solutions; have innovative and breakthrough thinking, timely, flexible and effective implementation, and successfully complete growth goals and targets.
The Government also requested to urgently develop monthly and quarterly growth scenarios; urgently direct research and review of resources and implementation solutions, and report to the People's Council at the same level in February to adjust local growth targets.
Regarding solutions to achieve growth targets, experts and many localities have raised the issue of removing institutional bottlenecks, attracting capital, focusing on reviewing existing problems and obstacles, especially removing real estate projects. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to promoting service industries, including strong stimulus policies for tourism activities, festival activities, etc.
People are excited to see specific growth targets assigned to each sector and locality, thereby believing that the country will firmly enter a new era. However, people also want to attach importance to promoting the strength of the entire people. Each individual, each community and each organization plays a role as a link in the national value chain.
