Specifically, adjusting and supplementing a number of contents in Decision No. 1454/QD-TTg dated September 1, 2021 of the Prime Minister approving the Road Network Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.

Adjust and add some expressways

Decision 12/QD-TTg clearly states, adjusts and supplements a number of contents related to the expressway system:

Adjusting the scale of 4 routes/sections: North-South Expressway East (CT.01) section Phap Van - Phu Thu (Ha Nam), Ben Luc (Long An) - Trung Luong (Tien Giang), Can Tho - Ca Mau section and Noi Bai - Bac Ninh - Ha Long Expressway.

Add 2 new planning routes: Ca Mau – Dat Mui Expressway, Quang Ngai – Kon Tum Expressway.

Adjust the scope of 4 routes/sections: Ninh Binh – Hai Phong Expressway, Cam Lo – Lao Bao Expressway, Quy Nhon – Pleiku Expressway, Ho Chi Minh City – Moc Bai Expressway.

Adjusting the investment progress of 7 routes/sections: North-South Expressway West section Ngoc Hoi - Gia Nghia, Son La - Dien Bien Expressway, Bac Kan - Cao Bang Expressway, Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway, Quy Nhon - Pleiku - Le Thanh Expressway Quy Nhon - Pleiku section, Go Dau - Xa Mat Expressway, Hong Ngu - Tra Vinh Expressway Dinh Ba - Cao Lanh border gate section and An Huu - Tra Vinh section.

Adjust the scope of 3 national highways

In addition, Decision 12/QD-TTg also adjusts the scope of 3 national highways: National Highway 13C, National Highway 57B, National Highway 57C.

Specifically, National Highway 13C has an estimated length of 71 km, planned as a level III road, 2-4 lanes, starting at DT.741, Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc, ending at Ring Road 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong.

National Highway 57B has an estimated length of 87 km, planned as a level III-IV road, 2-4 lanes, starting point at National Highway 57, Cho Lach, Ben Tre, ending point at Binh Dai, Ben Tre.

National Highway 57C has an estimated length of 64 km, planned as a level III-IV road, 2-4 lanes, starting point at National Highway 57B, Chau Thanh, Ben Tre, ending point at Ba Tri, Ben Tre.

In addition, Decision 12/QD-TTg also corrects some contents in Decision No. 1454/QD-TTg in Appendix III attached to Decision 12/QD-TTg.

In addition to the above-mentioned adjustments and supplements, other contents remain unchanged according to Decision No. 1454/QD-TTg dated September 1, 2021 of the Prime Minister approving the road network planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.
