Vice President of Provincial Journalists Association visits relatives of martyred journalist

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), on the afternoon of June 16, a working delegation led by Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association of the province, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Long An Newspaper and Radio and Television Station - Chau Hong Kha visited the relatives of the martyr journalist's family in Duc Hoa district.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of the martyr journalist in Duc Hoa district.

At each destination, Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association of the province , Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Long An Newspaper and Radio and Television Station - Chau Hong Kha and the delegation respectfully offered incense to commemorate and express gratitude to the martyr journalists: Ly Anh Huy, Huynh Van Dung, Nguyen Van Phuc and Nguyen Viet Son who devoted and sacrificed for the glorious revolutionary cause, for the independence and freedom of the nation, the happiness of the people, contributing to further embellishing the precious tradition of the Vietnamese revolutionary press.


Vice President of Vietnam Journalists Association of Long An province, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Long An Newspaper and Radio and Television Station - Chau Hong Kha burned incense to commemorate martyr journalists.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Vietnam Journalists Association, journalist Chau Hong Kha sent his regards and best wishes to the relatives and families of the martyr journalists; encouraged the families to make efforts to develop the economy and continue to educate their children and grandchildren to continue and promote the revolutionary tradition of their ancestors.

During the long years of resistance, amidst the rain of bombs and bullets, there were people who silently devoted themselves, holding pens like holding guns, ready to sacrifice for the mission of revolutionary propaganda, those were journalists on the information front on the front line; so that today, the team of journalists and reporters working at press agencies in the province will always remember the merits of generations of martyr journalists, constantly study, practice journalistic ethics, improve their political theory and professional expertise, and continue the path of revolutionary journalism that the previous generation left for the current and future generations of journalists./.
