Travel Off Path has just announced a list of the 5 fastest growing tourist destinations in Southeast Asia and Phu Quoc Island has ranked first.

Previously, Phu Quoc also won many impressive awards such as 3 awards at the 31st World Travel Awards (WTA); 3 consecutive years in the top " World's Best Islands" of Condé Nast Traveler magazine.

According to Travel Off Path, Phu Quoc is one of the most beautiful islands in Vietnam - a place with beautiful nature and many exciting experiences. In particular, when coming to Phu Quoc, visitors will enjoy a visa exemption policy.

One of the reasons why Phu Quoc pearl island captures the hearts of domestic and foreign tourists is its beaches with clear blue water, long stretches of fine white sand and many luxurious resorts.

Phu Quoc not only possesses primeval forests with trekking routes hidden under dense tree canopies, but also stands out with its bustling night market, international-class entertainment areas... promising to bring interesting and diverse experiences to all visitors.

According to the aviation information website Aviation A2Z in January 2025, Phu Quoc airport attracted attention when it achieved impressive growth with more than 108,000 additional seats, an increase of 185.2% compared to the previous year. This is the highest increase among Southeast Asian airports, showing the effectiveness of the visa exemption policy and cooperation between airlines in expanding the flight network and increasing the number of flights to Phu Quoc.

Besides Phu Quoc , the other 4 fastest growing destinations in Southeast Asia include: Phuket and Bangkok (Thailand), Singapore (Singapore) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).
