Professor, Doctor Phung Huu Phu - former Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council spoke at the ceremony.

Musician Do Hong Quan - Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations spoke at the ceremony.

Mr. Luong Cuong - Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat and Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department presented books to representatives of Party committees.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang - Member of the Politburo, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council and Mr. Le Minh Hung - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee presented books to leaders of central agencies.
