The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” of Thai Nguyen province has attracted the participation of all people, becoming an important need for each family, clan, residential area, agency, unit, and enterprise. The movement gathers the spirit of great national solidarity, becoming an endogenous strength in socio-economic and cultural development, Party and government building, and national security protection.

From the Movement, mass cultural - artistic, physical training - sports activities have developed vigorously and widely. The traditional cultural beauty of the people has been aroused, preserved, transmitted, and promoted. Thereby, the good cultural identity of the nation has become increasingly profound; a healthy cultural environment has been built with the interest of all people.

In particular, the role of the political system in building a cultural life is promoted. Cultural indicators and implementation plans are included in resolutions of Party committees and authorities. Along with that, the province's cultural development policy mechanism is issued and strictly implemented. The recognition of cultural families and cultural residential areas is publicly evaluated and has a specific scoring scale.

Through annual assessment, based on the content, criteria, and rate of households, residential areas, and agencies achieving high cultural standards. If in 2020, the whole province had more than 299,500 households achieving cultural families; more than 2,100 families achieving cultural titles, then by 2024, the whole province will have 318,000 households; 2,178 hamlets and groups achieving cultural criteria. In addition, every year, about 1,200 agencies, units, and enterprises or more will achieve cultural standards.

The movement does not stop at form, but becomes the need of each citizen, each residential area and each agency, enterprise and unit. Participation and full implementation of the contents of the Movement contribute to creating a modern, civilized and cultural lifestyle.

The consensus of all levels, sectors, residential areas and the majority of people has created a strong vitality for the Movement. From there, a healthy cultural environment has been created, a new face for rural and urban areas has been created, and the quality of life of the people has been improved and enhanced. Thereby, it has a direct impact on the ideology, morality and lifestyle of the people.

In the age of information technology, the Movement is also likened to a thread that holds good values in everyday life, which is human feelings of responsibility, sharing, and closeness among people in the community. The participation of households in building cultural families is no longer just a movement, but has become a source of pride and honor for each member of the family and clan. That is an advantage in the movement to build cultural residential areas, agencies, and units.

Through the Movement, cultural and ethical values, especially family values and standards of Vietnamese people in the new era, are multiplied, becoming a combined strength in realizing the goal of building Thai Nguyen province to be increasingly civilized and modern, and entering the era of development with the whole country.

With a democratic and civilized spirit, 100% of residential areas in the province have built approved village covenants and regulations. Thereby, the role of community self-management has been effectively promoted. The movement creates conditions for people to meet, share, and support each other to rise up, contributing to reducing the number of poor households from 20,595 households in 2022 to 6,938 households by the end of 2024.
