Thach Ha proposes to recognize a 4-star OCOP product

Of the total 9 products evaluated and classified in the 3rd phase of 2023, Thach Ha district ( Ha Tinh ) reviewed and evaluated 4 products that achieved 3-star OCOP and proposed the province to recognize 1 4-star product.

On the afternoon of December 22, the OCOP product evaluation and classification council of Thach Ha district inspected and reviewed production and business establishments and evaluated and classified OCOP products for the third phase of 2023.

Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee Nguyen Van Sau presided over the evaluation and classification of OCOP products in Thach Ha district.

Products evaluated and classified in the third phase include: Omega An Phat brown rice tea; Phong Nga cu do candy; Ngo Chat banh chung, banh tet; Xuan Thanh pork roll; Le Phuong cu do candy; Thanh Duan pork roll and pork skewers; Phu Cuong sweet and sour salted oyster mushrooms; Tuyet Hoa pork roll; Nam Phong peanut and sesame salt.

Products are included in the third round of evaluation and classification.

At the evaluation session, the facility owners presented and introduced their products and answered relevant questions requested by the council members.

Next, the council members evaluate and classify the products according to specific criteria such as: raw materials; packaging, product labels; ability to distribute, market, and promote the product; product quality declarations according to regulations...

Council members also commented on some contents related to documents, procedures, packaging designs, production workshops... to continue to improve and enhance product quality and designs.

Previously, the council members directly inspected the production facilities and reviewed related documents.

Phong Nga cu do candy product is proposed to be considered for recognition as a 4-star OCOP product.

At the evaluation session, from 9 products evaluated and proposed, 4 products were eligible to be proposed to the District People's Committee to be recognized as 3-star OCOP products, including: Xuan Thanh pork roll; Ngo Chat banh chung and banh tet; Tuyet Hoa pork roll; Nam Phong peanut and sesame salt; 1 product was proposed to be considered and recognized by the province as a 4-star product, Phong Nga cu do candy.

Up to now, the whole district of Thach Ha has 27 3-star OCOP products; since the beginning of the year, the whole district has recognized 4 3-star OCOP products.
