Establishment of Civil Judgment Enforcement of An Giang province

On the morning of July 9, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Ngoc and Permanent Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong attended the ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of An Giang province and decisions on personnel work.

At the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department Tran Thi Phuong Hoa announced the decision to establish the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of An Giang province and the decisions to appoint personnel.

Accordingly, four comrades, including Nguyen Van Lam, Trinh Van Vu, Le Trung Hieu and Vo Hoang Long, were appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of Civil Judgment Enforcement of An Giang province.

The Department of Organization and Personnel for Civil Judgment Enforcement of An Giang province announced the decisions to appoint leaders of specialized departments and leaders of regional civil judgment enforcement offices.

Accordingly, 5 comrades were appointed to the position of head of professional department; 15 comrades were appointed to the position of head of regional civil judgment enforcement department; 7 comrades were appointed to the position of deputy head of professional department and 39 comrades were appointed to the position of deputy head of 15 civil judgment enforcement regions of An Giang province.

Deputy Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department Tran Thi Phuong Hoa and Head of Civil Judgment Enforcement of An Giang province presented flowers and decisions to 20 comrades holding the positions of heads of specialized departments and heads of departments of 15 civil judgment enforcement areas of An Giang province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Ngoc congratulated the newly appointed officials. At the same time, he requested that the newly assigned and appointed comrades to hold important positions and responsibilities in the apparatus should promote a sense of responsibility, quickly get up to speed and solve the work with quality and efficiency. The organization of the execution of judgments at one level must be carried out smoothly, without delay or omission of work in the spirit of better serving the people and businesses.

The Deputy Minister of Justice requested the Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency of An Giang province to continue to promote the pioneering spirit, further accelerate the process of comprehensive and substantive digital transformation in civil judgment enforcement, taking digital technology as the foundation for sustainable development to improve work efficiency, build social trust, and enhance publicity and transparency in the operations of civil judgment enforcement agencies.
