VOV.VN - Since the afternoon of September 12, the water level of the Red River in Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province has dropped below alert level 2. Most communes, wards, and neighborhoods in the city center and surrounding areas have escaped flooding. The receding water left behind thick layers of mud, trash, and furniture, and all roads and neighborhoods were severely damaged.
