The Prime Minister appointed three personnel of the Ministry of National Defense , including the Director of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, the Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, and the Commander of Military Region 3.
On January 22, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed the Prime Minister's decisions appointing personnel to the Ministry of National Defense.
Specifically, in Decision No. 205/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc, Director of the General Department of Engineering, Ministry of National Defense, to hold the position of Director of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, Ministry of National Defense.
In Decision No. 209/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Lieutenant General Do Van Thien, Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics, Ministry of National Defense, to hold the position of Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, Ministry of National Defense.
In Decision No. 208/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Major General Luong Van Kiem, Deputy Commander of Military Region 3, Ministry of National Defense, to hold the position of Commander of Military Region 3, Ministry of National Defense./.
