The Prime Minister approved Mr. Le Ngoc Chau to hold the position of Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.

The Decision takes effect from September 16, 2024.

Mr. Le Ngoc Chau was born in 1972; hometown in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi; professional qualification: Doctor of Law; advanced level of political theory.

Mr. Le Ngoc Chau has worked for many years at the Ministry of Public Security , holding the following positions: Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command; Director of Hai Phong City Police; Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police; Member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Commander of the Mobile Police Command.

On August 27, the Central Party Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Chau to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
