(NLDO) - On New Year's Eve, Vung Tau City will organize art performances and fireworks, so it will temporarily use the roadway and divert traffic at some points.
The People's Committee of Vung Tau City said that in preparation for the art performance and fireworks show taking place on New Year's Eve (January 28), the Department of Transport of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has granted permission for Vung Tau City to temporarily use the roadway of some central roads.
Specifically, Vung Tau City will use the entire Ba Cu street (Quang Trung to Truong Vinh Ky); Use the entire Quang Trung street (Quang Trung - Le Loi intersection to Quang Trung - Le Quy Don intersection) from 5:00 p.m. on January 28 to 6:00 a.m. on January 29 to organize the event. Vehicles will move in the directions of Le Loi and Le Quy Don streets.

Using the entire Quang Trung street (from Ba Cu street to Le Loi - Quang Trung intersection), from 6am on January 29 to 6am on January 30 to organize an art program organized by Vung Tau City People's Committee.
For the New Year's Eve fireworks event to welcome the New Year of the Snake 2025, Vung Tau City will use the entire Quang Trung Street (from the intersection of Quang Trung - Truong Cong Dinh to the intersection of Quang Trung - Le Loi); the entire Thong Nhat Street (from Quang Trung to Tran Nguyen Han Street), Le Loi Street (from Quang Trung to Ly Tu Trong) from 5:00 p.m. on January 28 to 1:00 a.m. on January 29.
On New Year’s Eve, the whole province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau has 8 locations for fireworks display including: Front Beach area (Vung Tau city); Ba Ria Park Square (Ba Ria city); Phu My town stadium; Phuoc Buu town lakeside area (Xuyen Moc district); Tran Hung Dao extended road (Chau Duc district); 914 pier (Con Dao district).
Long Dat district (merged from Long Dien and Dat Do districts) will organize fireworks displays at two locations: the Cultural, Information and Sports Centers of the two previous districts.
