Over 220 cadres, civil servants and public employees of Sa Pa ward were trained in applying artificial intelligence (AI)

On the afternoon of July 15, the People's Committee of Sa Pa ward coordinated with the People's Committees of Ta Van and Ta Phin communes and IGB Joint Stock Company (IGB Group) to organize a training course on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in administrative work for over 200 trainees who are cadres, civil servants and public employees.

At the training session, the trainees were introduced by lecturers of IGB Joint Stock Company to an overview of artificial intelligence and how to use two prominent tools today, ChatGPT and Gemini, in administrative work.

This can be considered one of the applications that can effectively support the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees in professional work, especially drafting documents, processing information, as well as looking up policies and legal regulations accurately and effectively.

In addition to the theory, the training session also devotes a lot of time to practice and discuss specific situations.

After half a day of training, 100% of participants were able to skillfully apply the above tools in practice at their agencies and units. At the same time, they were ready to share and support colleagues in the process of implementing work.

The training session not only equips skills, but also arouses innovative thinking, proactive and creative spirit, contributing to making the force of cadres, civil servants and public employees truly become the core in the comprehensive digital transformation process of the locality.
