In particular, special attention will be paid to investing in the construction of a system of technical infrastructure works. The technical infrastructure of the An Hai high-tech aquaculture seed production area and the Son Hai high-tech shrimp broodstock production area must be synchronous, complete, and effectively connected with the general technical infrastructure network of the southern coastal tourist area of Ninh Thuan province. At the same time, closely coordinate investment promotion and attraction work and create favorable conditions for investors to access, in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of planning work.
The tasks of implementing investment in construction of projects and works are divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 from 2024 to 2025; Phase 2 from 2026 to 2030.
