My Hao Town People's Procuracy, Yen My District People's Procuracy: Receive and hand over finances, assets, records and documents

Pursuant to Notice No. 136/TB-VKSTC dated June 13, 2025 of the Supreme People's Procuracy on urgently implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the organization of the People's Procuracy at 3 levels and the direction of the Provincial People's Procuracy on proactively and actively performing tasks, preparing necessary conditions to ensure that the merged units are established and operating from July 1, 2025, on June 21, the People's Procuracy of My Hao town (a unit of the district-level People's Procuracy where the headquarters of the People's Procuracy of Region 2 is located) proceeded to receive the handover of assets, finance, work, records and documents with the People's Procuracy of Yen My district. Accordingly, the two units agreed to divide into 2 groups including the group to inventory assets and finance and the group to receive the handover of records and documents.

Regarding assets and finance, the two units have checked the assets in the public asset register according to the list reported to the Provincial People's Procuracy, finalized the financial data; after completing the inspection, they will continue to hand over the assets to the Yen My District People's Procuracy for use while waiting for a decision. The files and documents have been listed by item such as case files being resolved, temporarily suspended and completed in 2025. For the files stored in the warehouse of the Yen My District People's Procuracy, they are sealed and will be considered and processed when the Region 2 People's Procuracy officially operates.
