Ha Long Bay boat capsize: Search for missing victims as soon as possible

On July 20, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 115/CD-TTg of the Prime Minister requesting competent agencies to continue to organize search and rescue and support the families of victims of the capsized tourist boat Blue Bay 58 in Quang Ninh province.

Following the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 114/CD-TTg dated July 19, 2025 on the capsized tourist service ship Blue Bay 58 (QN 7105) in the Ti Top island area, Quang Ninh province, to ensure urgent and effective search, rescue and support for victims, the Prime Minister requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province to closely coordinate with the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security and relevant agencies to continue to focus on directing, mobilizing all necessary means, forces, equipment and mobilizing the participation of the people to search for missing victims as soon as possible, with the highest determination, trying to find all victims, towing the distressed ship to shore before storm No. 3 affects our country's waters.

The Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee and the Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee visited and encouraged the families of the victims, supported the organization of thoughtful funerals for the victims, and arranged the best medical conditions to treat the injured.
