Quang Phuc Commune (Tu Ky) meets advanced new rural standards

Representative of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hai Duong province awarded the certificate of recognition of meeting advanced new rural standards in 2023 to Quang Phuc commune.

On the morning of November 17, Quang Phuc commune, Tu Ky district (Hai Duong) held a ceremony to receive the certificate of recognition for meeting advanced new rural standards in 2023 and Quang Phuc Primary School meeting national standards level 2. This is the third commune in Tu Ky district to be recognized as meeting advanced new rural standards.

From 2019-2023, the commune mobilized over 68 billion VND to build advanced new rural areas, of which people contributed 10 billion VND.

Up to now, all village and hamlet roads and intra-field roads of the commune have been hardened. Cultural, social and environmental facilities continue to be repaired and built. All schools in the area meet national standards, cultural houses are invested in and built in an advanced direction, meeting the cultural, sports , entertainment and recreation needs of the people; social security is ensured; national defense and security are maintained. By the end of 2023, the average income per capita of the commune will reach over 71 million VND/person/year. The poverty rate will decrease to 0.91%.

In recent times, Quang Phuc Primary School has built a head office, classrooms, a multi-purpose hall, a semi-boarding kitchen and a number of auxiliary works with a total cost of more than 20 billion VND.
