At around 3:00 p.m. on April 4, while driving a car carrying 4 passengers on National Highway 70, in the area of Phong Hai Farm Town, Bao Thang District, Mr. Tran Tien T., a resident of Phong Nien Commune, Bao Thang District, almost collided with a 7-seater car traveling in the opposite direction, encroaching on the lane, and recklessly overtaking a tractor-trailer.
It is worth mentioning that this is a curved road with limited visibility, so a 7-seater vehicle encroaching on the lane to overtake a tractor-trailer is a very dangerous act, with a high potential risk of traffic accidents.
After a moment of shock, Mr. Tran Tien T. was forced to stop the car on the side of the road to regain composure for himself and the 4 passengers in the car.
