The Provincial Steering Committee 389 and the Department of Industry and Trade proactively monitor and grasp the business and trade situation of animals and animal products; coordinate with specialized veterinary agencies and localities to organize patrol and control forces, promptly detect, prevent and strictly handle acts of smuggling and illegal transportation of animals and animal products in the province.
