Up to now, the provincial authorities have arranged and handled 92 houses and land. The remaining 218 houses and land for redundant offices are being handled. Most of the redundant offices are in the administrative center of Binh Phuoc province (old) and the headquarters of the district-level People's Committees (old).

To limit the waste of public assets, surplus houses and land will be arranged as working offices for agencies and units organized vertically in the province. Convert the function of working offices to medical and educational facilities or for public purposes at the commune level. Recover and hand over to competent agencies for management, business and exploitation according to the provisions of law.
