Limit impact on civil aviation operations

Before the conference, the staff agencies of the units held many preparatory meetings and worked directly to develop coordination plans to ensure joint flight safety between civil and military aviation.

The advance meetings outlined the flight procedures, coordination principles, and civil aviation flight operations plans during training flights, joint exercises, preliminary reviews, final rehearsals, and welcome flights on the principle of ensuring flight safety, following the A80 flight plan, and minimizing impacts on civil aviation flights to and from Noi Bai airport, especially international flights.

After listening to the plan, the units analyzed each flight plan and assessed the impact of each flight on flight operations to and from Noi Bai airport.

The two sides agreed on the principles of coordination, command, and flight operations of the military and civil aviation, ensuring absolute flight safety, properly implementing the A80 plan, and limiting impacts on civil aviation operations at Noi Bai airport, especially international flights.

Agree to establish a direct coordination mechanism between military flight commanders and civil aviation mixed duty crews at the Noi Bai Air Traffic Control Station cabin to ensure quick, timely and accurate coordination.
