According to the Department of Construction, the social housing project on Lac Long Quan Street, opposite Dong Duong Apartment, Vu Ninh Ward has not been approved by the competent authority for investment and selection of investors according to regulations. The activities of inviting applications, joining Zalo groups, making deposits to reserve places, receiving receipts... are all without legal basis; are acts showing signs of serious violations of the law on real estate business, housing and related laws, causing misunderstandings, enticing people to participate in illegal transactions, posing risks of disputes and social insecurity.
Therefore, the Department of Construction recommends that people should be vigilant, not submit documents, not transfer money in any form to unknown or unauthorized subjects. In case of detecting individuals or organizations with signs of violations, people and organizations are requested to provide documents, images, and related documents to the police or contact directly the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province for guidance, protection of rights, and consideration and handling according to the provisions of law.
The Department of Construction requested the Bac Ninh Provincial Police to review and verify the act of posting false information, showing signs of profiteering from illegal capital mobilization activities, and promptly handle it according to the law.
Vu Ninh Ward People's Committee reviews the area and coordinates with agencies to verify information when requested. Commune and ward People's Committees in the province propagate to people not to participate in activities of submitting documents and making deposits to buy houses in projects that have not been approved according to regulations.
