This price is higher than the average price of other houses in Bien Street, because these are all corner houses, with 2 frontages, convenient for business. The rest, the average price for houses in this subdivision usually fluctuates around 140 million VND/m2.
The broker said that houses in Bien Street are currently rented for about 8 million VND/month for houses with completed floors 1 and 2. For houses with 5 floors completed, the rental price will be about 20 million VND/month. The sub-leasers will usually use them for homestay business purposes.
