After graduating from the Aquaculture major at Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, in 2013, Mr. Tinh returned to his hometown to open a store selling aquatic medicine. After a period of research, Mr. Tinh realized that aquaculture farmers, especially frog farmers, were abusing antibiotics and chemicals for use in livestock farming, causing many consequences such as: increased resistance of pathogens; antibiotic residue pollution in the environment; chemical residues in the environment... Faced with these problems, in January 2023, Mr. Tinh and his wife decided to establish Alpha Amin Production and Trading Company Limited. Throughout the business process, Mr. Tinh conducted experimental research to find a solution to help preserve the agricultural sector, bringing clean food to consumers.

Accordingly, this Alpha Amin circular value chain to reduce emissions in the aquaculture industry includes: Antibio X2 solution set to replace antibiotics and BiO Gen1 product to treat the environment in aquaculture; Amin Pro fresh frog sausage product. These are advanced technologies transferred from large corporations. In particular, the technology of isolating and cultivating biomass of native microorganisms. Preparations from native microorganisms combine modern biotechnology to decompose organic matter and excess nitrogen in the pond, thereby helping to balance the ecosystem and minimize the use of chemicals.

In addition, Alpha Amin Company also creates a number of biological products to help livestock increase their natural resistance, reduce loss rates and eliminate the need for antibiotics. Thereby, helping to improve product quality, reduce environmental pollution; sustainable efficiency, improve long-term animal health; the nitrogen emission rate between the Alpha Amin method is reduced by 23.33 kg of nitrogen/ha in the water environment and 6.72 kg of nitrogen/ton of harvested aquatic products compared to the traditional method. Thereby, contributing to reducing emissions in aquaculture.

According to Mr. Tinh, since its implementation, the circular value chain, reducing emissions in the Alpha Amin Aquaculture industry of Alpha Amin Production and Trading Company Limited has been commercialized and has products on the market, providing microbial products, environmental treatment that can replace antibiotics for more than 300 frog farmers/year.

In 2024, Mr. Nguyen Trung Tinh inaugurated and put into operation the Hoi Dong Tuong Supplement Feed Factory. The factory specializes in producing biological products to treat the aquaculture environment in an organic manner, safe for livestock, contributing to reducing emissions in livestock farming. The factory's operating capacity is expected to be 150 tons of biological products, environmental treatment, and supplementary feed/year, supplying the aquaculture market in Dong Thap province in particular and the Mekong Delta in general.

In addition, Alpha Amin Production and Trading Company Limited also produces Amin Pro frog sausage. This product helps link the consumption of more than 1 ton of frog meat/month, helping farmers increase their income and create jobs for rural youth who work regularly at the facility. Amin Pro frog sausage product meets 3-star OCOP standards...

Mr. Nguyen Trung Tinh said: “The application of the Alpha Amin circular value chain to reduce emissions in the aquaculture industry is not only an important link in the input supply chain for the aquaculture industry but also brings practical values to the community. By reducing pollution of the aquaculture water environment, the project creates conditions for water circulation and increases natural immunity for aquatic animals, making an important contribution to ensuring export standards for aquatic products in the province.”

Mr. Mai Thanh Nghi - Director of the Center for Supporting Enterprises and Startups in Dong Thap province, shared: “In recent times, the project “Circular value chain to reduce emissions in the Alpha Amin seafood industry” has aimed at the main goal of green economy and sustainable development. This helps Dong Thap province in particular and the Mekong Delta region in general to have a better development orientation towards circular economy , digital transformation and sustainable development”.

With its efforts, the project "Circular value chain to reduce emissions in the Alpha Amin seafood industry" won the first prize in the 2024 Mekong Initiative competition with the theme "Green transformation - Sustainable development" organized by the People's Committee of Dong Thap province and the Central Youth Union.
