The Straits Times reported on September 4 that Whiteline Group will apply this policy until the end of this year, according to which employees will be given paid leave to find partners on the dating app Tinder.
“Our employees can use Tinder leave to date other people,” Whiteline Group posted on LinkedIn.
The company did not specify how many days of leave are covered under this policy. In addition, the company also covers the cost of Tinder Gold and Tinder Platinum upgrades for all employees. The advantage of the upgrades is that account holders can see who has “liked” them, along with incentives to increase the chances of finding a suitable match.
