Delegation Group No. 33, Ho Chi Minh City People's Council includes delegates: Tran Dinh Khoa, former Secretary of Vung Tau City Party Committee (formerly), Head of the Group; Nguyen Tan Phong, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs; Luong Thi Le Hang, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology; Tran Thi Kim Phung, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police.
Also attending the meeting were representatives of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, departments, offices and units of Tam Thang ward.
At the meeting, Delegation Group No. 33 informed voters about the results of implementing socio -economic development, national defense and security tasks in the first 6 months of the year, key tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2025; results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations in the area.
At the meeting, voters of Tam Thang ward expressed their concerns regarding some projects that are slow to implement, slow to hand over land to people, and suspended projects, such as the Chi Linh Center project, the Nguyen An Ninh Residential Area project (Bau Trung)...; at the same time, they proposed to completely resolve this situation so that people can soon stabilize their lives.
Voters also proposed to handle the polluted Bau Trung Lake, which is causing loss of urban beauty; to handle the situation of cars stopping and parking on roads and alleys, causing difficulties for vehicles, and difficult to handle if a fire or explosion occurs in the alley. Voters also said that it is necessary to choose capable people to hold the position of neighborhood chief, people working on the front and mass organizations in neighborhoods because these are important forces, closest to the people.

Voters also hope that Ho Chi Minh City leaders will continue to pay attention to creating conditions for people to receive health insurance and consider paying allowances for people working at the grassroots level...

For opinions beyond their jurisdiction, Delegate Group No. 33 of the HCMC People's Council has recorded and compiled them to be reflected at the next session of the City People's Council.
