Attending the ceremony were comrade Le Van Chau, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union; representatives of Thiet Ong commune leaders and a large number of youth union members, armed forces and people.

Comrade Le Van Chau, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, arranged the wreath to offer to the heroic martyrs resting at Dong Tam International Martyrs Cemetery.

Before starting the ceremony, the delegation of the Provincial Youth Union and Thiet Ong commune respectfully offered incense to express their infinite gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh 's great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party, the country and Thanh Hoa homeland.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the Provincial Youth Union Secretary, leaders of Thiet Ong commune and members of the delegation offered flowers and incense at the Memorial at Dong Tam International Martyrs' Cemetery, expressing deep gratitude for the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, national reunification, and for the noble international duty.

Youth union members burn incense on each martyr's grave.

At the ceremony, nearly 500 cadres and union members representing more than 1 million young people in the province respectfully placed fresh flowers on each grave of the heroic martyrs and lit flickering candles to express their determination to constantly compete in studying, training, working creatively, accompanying young people to establish themselves, start a career, and volunteer to build their homeland to be more and more beautiful and exemplary; forever worthy of the tradition of the youth of Lam Son land and of the heroic homeland of Thanh Hoa.
