Comrade Nguyen Phuong Thao was born on October 7, 1990 in Yen Tu ward, Quang Ninh province; has professional qualifications: Bachelor of International Trade Economics, Bachelor of Economic Law, Master of Public Management; political theory level: Advanced. Joining the Youth Union since 2013, comrade Nguyen Phuong Thao has held many positions at the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union such as: Specialist of the International Youth Committee; Deputy Head, then Head of the Provincial Youth Union's Propaganda Department. From 2022 to present, she has held the position of Deputy Secretary, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, and concurrently Chairman of the Youth Union Council and Chairman of the Provincial Student Association. |
