Thu Duc City Book Street operates under the policy of socialization, mobilizing investment resources, organizing construction and exploitation, and operation of 9 reputable publishers, distribution units, and cultural service businesses with a long-standing brand. In the first 6 months of 2025, this place achieved a revenue of more than 6.1 billion VND, down 28% compared to the same period in 2024.

In the first 6 months of 2025, Thu Duc City Book Street organized 188 activities and events, attracting more than 17,000 participants. Compared to the first 6 months of 2024, the number of activities and events increased by 10% (in the first 6 months of 2024, Thu Duc City Book Street had 171 activities and events). The activities and events at Thu Duc City Book Street are very diverse and rich, attracting a large number of people and children of all ages to participate.

In addition, at Thu Duc City Book Street, there are also spaces designed with historical - cultural - intellectual content, such as: a stone slab engraved with Uncle Ho's teachings, a stone slab engraved with the biography of Ho Thi Tu's mother; Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space; the space Towards the Homeland Sea and Islands - where the Truong Sa Island Sovereignty Landmark Symbol is inaugurated by the Thu Duc City Book Street Management Board on the occasion of the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), has become the chosen location to organize thematic activities introducing authors, literary works, about the historical and cultural traditions, outstanding relics of Thu Duc City, about studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, style, about the homeland sea and islands.

The symbol of the Truong Sa Island Sovereignty Marker is located in the space towards the homeland's sea and islands.

In particular, the stage area is an open space, where political , cultural, artistic and entertainment activities regularly take place; becoming a place for activities, entertainment and recreation of associations, unions, agencies, departments, students and people inside and outside the locality.

The space "Towards the Homeland Sea and Islands" has become a place to organize many events and activities about the sea and islands.

At 20 standard booths, tens of thousands of books with various genres and rich content in the fields of literature, science, knowledge, education, life skills, youth, etc. are being displayed, meeting the diverse needs of readers and social life. In addition, book cafe spaces are also becoming places chosen by many people in Thu Duc City as a place to relax with family and friends.

In the first 6 months of 2025, due to many factors and objective conditions, the number of activities organized, the number of people attending events and visiting the book street were indirectly affected. This more or less affected the revenue of the booths at Thu Duc City Book Street.
