Haha Family - "Healing" Journey and Lessons for Young People

After the first episodes of the reality show Haha Family - The days of vast sky were broadcast, audiences across the country, especially the youth of Tay Ninh, welcomed a cool breeze in the midst of the bustling summer days. With a rustic setting in Ban Lien (Lao Cai province) and the journey of 5 young artists Jun Pham, Rhymastic, Bui Cong Nam, Ngoc Thanh Tam and Duy Khanh at Ms. Vang Thi Thong's house, the show is not only entertaining but also like an "emotional notebook" that opens each page of living slowly, living deeply and living kindly.

Amidst the increasingly fast pace of urbanization, Haha Family gently reminds everyone to stop, look around and listen not only to nature but also to their own souls.

Ly Thi Hong Gam (student of Long An Medical College) shared: “Watching Haha Family, I feel like I have temporarily left the noisy city, returned to the simple and peaceful Ban Lien. A place with gentle sunlight, simple meals, and loud laughter next to the stilt house kitchen. Seeing the artists covered in mud, clumsily scooping rice, picking bamboo shoots, digging cassava, cooking together,... it seems like I have also learned to love and care for my friends more, and live more slowly after each challenge, each of their trips.”

Not only connecting emotions, Haha Family also arouses environmental awareness and love for nature among young people. In episode 4, the group of artists together planted 500 trees on a bare hill, this is not only a mission in the show, but also a strong green message.

Tran Thanh Vy (Tan An ward) commented: “Watching them plant trees, smiling despite the heat, I feel like I should also step out of my comfort zone to do something useful. People in the city rarely do hard work, but that spirit is exactly what I want to learn from.”

The journey in Haha Family is not only limited to a mountain village, but also serves as a mirror, helping young people in Tay Ninh look back at themselves: Have you listened to nature enough? Have you truly lived responsibly?

Tay Ninh's young generation actively plants trees to join hands in protecting the environment

The program is also a bridge between young people and indigenous cultural heritage. Ban Lien appears peaceful and rich in identity through each episode: from traditional singing and dancing, ethnic dishes, to the way people do sustainable community tourism.

These vivid images are creating a ripple effect, helping young people naturally become aware of local culture, customs and the environment.

Nguyen Le Cam Hang (25 years old, Tam Vu commune, Tay Ninh province) said: “Watching artists cook rice with firewood and interact with the locals, I feel truly healed. Not everyone has the opportunity to travel far, but when watching the program, I feel closer to things I thought were old. I started to re-read stories about my hometown and national culture.”

With clear visual language and a familiar story, "Haha Family" evokes the spirit of preserving tradition in a generation that is used to living fast and digitally.

In Tay Ninh, recently, many young people have actively participated in environmental and community activities such as "Green Sunday", "Youth Volunteers", "Environmental Protection", etc.

In 2024, Long An Youth (old) planted more than 230,000 trees, contributing to environmental protection and landscape beautification. These movements not only demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also demonstrate the spread of positive thinking that the program "Haha Family" is strongly inspiring.

“Haha Family” is not only an entertainment program but is becoming a “mirror” reflecting humane values - civilization - responsibility. For Tay Ninh youth, this program is a vivid lesson on “living slowly, living responsibly, loving nature and cherishing human relationships”./.
