Specifically, a bag of urea fertilizer, which was at 600,000 VND, has increased to 740,000 VND. Accordingly, other types of fertilizer such as NPK, potassium... have also increased from 30-90,000 VND/bag. The high price of fertilizer is due to many factors such as: increased input material prices, transportation costs and the influence of world geopolitical factors, making it difficult to import some types of fertilizer and incurring additional costs, affecting supply and selling prices.

The high prices of many types of fertilizers have caused difficulties for farmers and those involved in the fertilizer business and retail. Especially at the present time, the prices of many types of fruits and agricultural products are often stable at low levels, the high prices of fertilizers have increased production costs, directly affecting farmers' profits.
