A district on the outskirts of Hanoi is about to auction 43 plots of land, starting price 4.2 million VND/m2

Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the auction of assets of the My Duc District Land Fund Development Center.

According to the announcement, the auctioned assets are land use rights for 43 plots of land in Thuong Tiet village, Dai Hung commune, My Duc district, Hanoi . The plots of land have an area of 92-183 m2/plot with a starting price of just over 4.2 million VND/m2. The auction will take place at 2:00 p.m. on September 13.

Customers can visit the auction sites themselves or attend a site visit organized by the company and the My Duc District Land Fund Development Center on September 4-5. The auction will be conducted in the form of direct voting and ascending bids.

On September 8, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi) will also auction 57 plots of land in the Dam area, Muc Xa village, Cao Duong commune. The plots of land have areas ranging from 74.63m2 to 134.69m2.

The form of auction for each plot of land is by direct secret ballot once. The starting price for each plot of land is 8.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to 660 million VND to nearly 1.2 billion VND/plot.

Auction participants will deposit 20% of the starting price, equivalent to 131.3-237 million VND, depending on the plots.

Recently, National Auction Joint Stock Company No. 5 has just issued a notice on the temporary suspension of auctions of land use rights for 27 plots of land in Phu Luong, Yen Nghia and Duong Noi wards (Ha Dong district).

27 residential land plots in the following areas: Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (Phu Luong ward); Chua Sau area (Yen Nghia ward) and Duoc area (Duong Noi ward).

The company said the auction suspension was made at the request of the Ha Dong District Construction Investment Project Management Board. The auction will be held in accordance with regulations immediately after the decision of the competent authority.

The auctioned lots range in size from 48m2 to 72m2, with starting prices starting at VND22.9 million/m2. The auction is scheduled to take place on September 7. Deposits for each lot range from VND200 million to over VND400 million.
