Commencement of investment project to build Bao Ninh 2 social housing project

This morning, July 9, at La Celia City Urban Area, Bao Ninh Peninsula, Dong Hoi Ward, Quang Tri Province, Nam Mekong Group Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Bao Ninh 2 social housing project.

Bao Ninh 2 social housing project is built on a land area of nearly 18,000 ^m2 , including 3 9-storey apartment buildings, total construction floor area of over 53,000 ^m2 , with a scale of 568 apartments, investment level of about 451 billion VND. Project implementation period is in the period of 2024-2027.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the Bao Ninh 2 social housing project not only contributes to realizing the Government 's social housing development policy for the 2021-2030 period, but also clearly demonstrates the pioneering role of Nam Mekong Group Joint Stock Company in the field of real estate for the community...

At the same time, the project is expected to contribute to improving the quality of life for hundreds of households, creating a stable foundation and long-term development for local people; concretizing the housing development plan of Quang Tri province and orienting the development of Dong Hoi ward towards a modern, civilized, and livable coastal urban area.
